get rid dandruff naturally

All natural ways to get rid of dandruff with baking soda

I have struggled with dandruff all my life.

Of course, I have tried every dandruff shampoo. I even tried the most expensive stuff.

And while it gave temporary relief, my dandruff problems continued days later.

I am a big believer in using natural products.

But most home cures for dandruff never really worked well for me.

Everything from Jojoba and coconut oil – even tea tree oil.

But here is the best home remedy for dandruff I have ever tested:

I use plain ol’ baking soda and ACV (apple cider vinegar).

I add about 2 tablespoons of baking soda to a ramekin.

Then I slowly add some water to form a loose paste.

I rub it into my hair, and brush it into my scalp.

Finally, I spray a 50/50 apple cider vinegar/water mix into my hair.

I wait a few moments.

(Yes, it tingles. It feels great!)

Then I rinse it out.

Done.

Also, some suggest using this dandruff recipe to replace regular shampoo.

That is because the baking soda’s grit removes dirt and excess oil from our hair.

It also flushes away loose skin from our scalp.

This works without stripping out the natural oils (like commercial shampoos).

Over time, this leads to a healthier scalp.
