Message boards discussing truth
Out of all of the online marketing tools I use to spread real truth, by far my favorite method is message board marketing.
Message board marketing combines the power of social media, email, and word-of-mouth marketing all into one to inform the masses about just about any topic you wish to discuss.
Over the years, I've tested literally hundreds of message boards. Here's my current list of favorites (updated frequently and sorted by my favorite at the top, least favorite at the bottom):

Most excellent site discussing a wide range of topics. It's quite popular, too.

The most active conspiracy message board on planet. I've posted something at 8 p.m. and had hundreds view my posts within 5 minutes.
Here's the best part... there's no need to register to post at the site. This is quite unusual as most require filling out lengthy questionnaires just to participate.
Warning: The moderators do ban postings from time to time. And the message board software they use automatically ban you if you type the following words in your post:
internet marketing, Alien earth, proxywhore refuge, modlikeproductions, juryroll, ghosthunterscry, abovetopsecret, rumor mill news, surfing the apocalypse, buddhas grove, malware, spyware, adware, Jason Lucas, Elaine, Defiler, tavistock, stanford research institute.
