Never worry about bike break downs on the side of the road

There are two things holding me back from taking long road trips on my bike:

1) Uncomfortable bike seats…
2) Getting stranded in the middle of nowhere with a breakdown.

See the many benefits of buying a new car versus a used car

For most of my adult life, I fell for the adage to get the most out of a car purchase:

“Buy a slightly used car and run it into the ground.”

This sounds like sage financial advice…

But the reality is buying a used car is often more expensive than buying a new car.

I ran cars into the ground twice in my life – driving almost 250,000 miles on each.

Crunching the numbers shows used cars can be more expensive than new cars

I would never buy a used car again.

Because when I arm myself with a calculator, a little knowledge and an open mind, I discovered this:

It is actually cheaper to buy new cars than used cars… especially nowadays.

Does a low calorie diet actually help us lose weight & fat?

Health experts, gurus and nutritionist all claim a low-calorie diet is essential to a healthy life.

On paper, the idea seems logical:

Eat less and our body uses up more than it is taking in.

The idea is low-calorie foods coerce our body into burning stored fat.

But for people trying to lose weight by cutting calories, food is the enemy instead of a means to genuine health.

For the truth about low-calorie diets, I refer to my go-to guy on nutrition and fat loss for the truth…

Why are Planned Parenthood clinics closing so frequently?

I am noticing a gradual war against Planned Parenthood.

A lot of Planned Parenthood offices are closing down.

The United States government is looking to defund Planned Parenthood.

Plus new videos show how Planned Parenthood is involved in highly corrupt practices.

So I asked my go-to guy on the culture creation industry (John Adams) about it…

How to do your own teeth scaling at home & skip the dentist

As I get older, I am discovering our mouths are the gateway to our health.

Unfortunately, I have had many bad experiences with dentists over the decades:

Dentists convince us into accepting expensive, dangerous (and often unneeded) root canals…

Dentists love to pull teeth unnecessarily…

They even use high-pressure schemes to convince us toxic fluoride pills are good for our teeth (in fact, one of the most respected medical journals now admits fluoride is a developmental neurotoxicant).

As a result, I have not been to a dentist in decades.

Weird: why doesn’t coffee creamer need to be refrigerated?

I am watching people at my local cafe add Coffee-mate to their coffee.

And these coffee creamers have been sitting out unrefrigerated – probably for days… maybe even weeks.

Yet according to the packaging, it says “NO REFRIGERATION NEEDED.”

But this got me thinking, “How can half and half coffee creamers taste good without refrigeration?”
