Is the Placebo effect remarkable (or just our imagination)?

The Placebo effect (also known as the placebo response) is of much debate.

The idea is to improve a patient’s condition simply because the person thinks it will be helpful.

Fake treatments such as sugar, distilled water – even saline solutions are typical placebo experiments.

But does administering a Placebo work in real life?
